Galway Music Residency is delighted to partner with Coole Music once again to present a Bank Holiday concert on 25th October at 12 noon in Kiltartan Church, Gort. The event, which celebrates string ensembles, sees ConTempo Quartet share the stage with two talented young groups from Coole Music: Compass Quartet and Burren Con Brio, an GMR alumni Apprentice Ensemble. The programme will feature some of the most beautiful music ever composed for string quartet, from Haydn to Sibelius to Dvorak.
Admission is FREE and donations are most welcome. Registration is helpful to us for contact tracing purposes, but walk-ups are also welcome. You can book your ticket here.
